Supports the development team by leading all community engagement efforts with adjacent neighbors, property owners and Elbert County stakeholders.
Leads civil engineering for the development, designing the roads, utilities, and grading that bring the community to life.
Serves as the project's traffic consultant, studying access and circulation to keep movement through the community safe and efficient.
Acts as special district counsel, handling the metro, water, and sanitation district matters behind the community's services.
